Everything you need to know about Delva, how it works, and how it protects your legacy.

Delvatz is Tanzania's legally-compliant digital vault for storing wills, land titles, and other critical legal documents. It combines encrypted cloud storage, NIDA identity verification, and legally structured release conditions to make sure your documents reach the right people at the right time.
Delvatz is built for individuals and families protecting personal or inheritance documents, law firms managing client vaults on behalf of their clients, and companies safeguarding corporate records such as board resolutions and shareholder agreements.
You can store wills, land title deeds, inheritance agreements, bank-related documents, insurance policies, business agreements, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and explanatory video or audio files. All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.
You assign up to 5 trusted beneficiaries per vault, each verified via NIDA national ID. You define exactly which documents each beneficiary can access and under what conditions.
No. Beneficiaries only gain access once the release conditions you defined are met and verified — for example, submission of a death certificate or a specific date. Documents are never released on demand without meeting these conditions.
Yes. Every user and beneficiary is verified through Tanzania's NIDA national identification system. This ensures legal defensibility — documents stored in your vault hold stronger weight in any dispute or court proceeding because all parties are verified.
Release conditions are checked automatically by the system, and for Premium plans, verified by your partner law firm before access is granted. This combination of automation and legal oversight keeps releases accurate and defensible.
Delvatz offers simple, subscription-based pricing for individuals, law firm partners, and companies, billed monthly or annually. Visit our pricing page for full plan details and to see what fits your situation.
